I propose that this be marked as won't fix. In the next release we should re-examine what the toolbar area is used for also, once one starts exploring this particular problem there are actually a few different layers to it. For example, in *My Folder* there is space that is indeed available to me but in any folder that is shared with me one might argue that the space is merely unused!
