Binary package hint: bf

It's as simple at that: at least for me, bf (in contrast to beef) doesn't 
detect the end of input, "," writes 255 instead of 0 then.
Which, of course, makes looping over the input at least much harder, and not 
portable. Which is really a shame for a language consisting of eight 
instructions.
