Binary package hint: unity-2d

When first starting up, either pressing the ubuntu icon in the upper
left corner or pressing the applications icon on the panel, no icons are
present in the window that comes up.  Spaces for icons are there, but no
icons and no labels.  This happens on the Natty Alpha 3 images for
armel.
