Binary package hint: bash
I just installed the bash 4.2 update on my Kubuntu Natty x86_64 system.
It has caused .bash_history to no longer be updated when I close a
terminal (Konsole, in this case) by clicking the "X" button from the
window manager. The file is only updated if I exit the terminal by
running the "exit" command. This is a regression from the previous
behavior, where it updated .bash_history even when quitting with the "X"
button.
