Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: indicator-sound
System notifications - such as brightness and volume - are displayed at
the immediate top-right with a notify-osd bubble. Changing the volume
with mouse wheel now brings up a notification bubble but it is not a
'system' bubble; rather, it's a normal bubble that's queued behind other
regular notifications. It should be treated as a system bubble like all
other volume changes. Please see the screenshot for the mess.
