Although most syncs are done from Debian unstable it's not the only
source for syncs. It's possible to sync from Debian experimental if
necessary.

As this is a new upstream version you need to get UVF
(UpstreamVersionFreeze) exception. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess#head-
9c768217b322f8567d24d91647eaf0a256a73046 for the process to get an
exception. But I don't know if so short before the release an exception
will be granted.
