It appears like the upstream developers didnt feel like incorporating the patch into their code - despite the positive feedback. I do not have the time to adapt my patch to new upstream code every other day. So, if their code does not work for you because they dont include redily submitted fixes, please COMPLAIN TO THEM. I'll happily compile a new patch as soon as I know they will actually use it.
