Public bug reported:
Per Peter Maydell, if qemu is built in Thumb-2 mode for execution on an
arm host, it will fail with a segfault. The most recent qemu-linaro
upload therefore builds with --extra-cflags=-marm; it should be fixed so
that it can build with thumb-2 mode instead.
