Public bug reported: Binary package hint: jets3t
I got `sun-java6-jdk` and `sun-java6-jre` from the ubuntu partner-repos installed. Still the jets3t package wants to install openjdk. I think this is due to a wrong depency setting. I don't want to install both Java-Runtimes, one should be enough. $ apt-cache show jets3t | grep Depends Depends: default-jre, libcommons-codec-java, libcommons-httpclient-java, libcommons-logging-java, liblog4j1.2-java, libjets3t-java (= 0.7.3+dfsg-1) ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10 Package: jets3t (not installed) ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.35-27.48-generic 2.6.35.11 Uname: Linux 2.6.35-27-generic x86_64 Architecture: amd64 Date: Thu Mar 10 14:18:46 2011 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx" - Release amd64 (20100429) ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=en_GB:en_US:en PATH=(custom, user) LANG=en_GB.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: jets3t ** Affects: jets3t (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug maverick -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/732568 Title: Package depends upon openjdk -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
