I'm still affected with this bug.
I was able to reproduce by running the Evolution from CLI and here is what I've 
got:

e-data-server-ui-Message: Unable to find password(s) in keyring (Keyring 
reports: No matching results)

'pop:__administration%40my_domain.com@mail.my_domain.com:110_'
evolution-mail-Message: Error occurred while existing dialogue active:
Unable to connect to POP server mail.my_domain.com.
Error sending password: Resource temporarily unavailable

I've replaced my domain with mail.my_domain.com and my email is
"administrator@my_domain.com"

My remembered password for this account ware lost.
