@Andrew: If you enter the files place (hit <super>-f) you should see
your bookmarked folders at the bottom of the initial screen, please
confirm?

Also, you can select "Folders" from the dropdown in the search entry
whuch should list all your folders by usage history. Please confirm that
as well.
