I have the same bug, it has been occurring for few months now, mainly in Eclipse. I use a desktop computer, I don't have a touch pad. What happens is that every few minutes, the copy paste buffer gets pasted at about ten random places in my source code. I can press ctrl-z a couple of times to fix it, but when I save, the random paste occurs again, in different places. These places are really random, it's not in places where I have edited the source recently. And it's extremly annoying, it makes it very hard for me to work. It started a few months ago when I was using a php editor in eclipse, I blamed php for it. It didn't happen after I quit working with php, but today it started again. Now it happens in java code. I did install a new mouse yesterday. I'll go back to the old mouse, see if that helps.
