I have the same problem after installing this update. I'm using Intel wireless
chip (ipw2100).
I've also updated via update manager to ubuntu7, but the problem continues -
that my wireless network (and my neighbours') are completely missing in NM.

One point that's worth a mention is that I'm using a static/manual
configuration configured through network manager. If I change my
wireless device to use "roaming mode" instead, my wireless networks come
back and I'm able to connect, albeit via DHCP. As soon as I change back
to my static profile, it disappears again.

Is everyone able to confirm this problem only happens with a manually
configured IP?
