This bug may be occurring because of PCIe link management disabling the
link + hardware.  It may be worth booting with the following kernel
parameter to see if it helps:

pcie_aspm=off

I've seen this kind of bug being fixed by a BIOS upgrade because the
BIOS changes the PCI_CFG_LINK_CTRL_VAL_L1_EN bit in the PCI
configuration space for the wireless device, causing the driver to
detect that link management may be suspect and hence disabling the L0S
ASPM transition.

Worth trying. Please report back your findings.
