i'm the upstream author/maintainer of nco.
debian recently uploaded version 4.0.7, which contains seven significant
bugfixes
relative to the current natty nco version 4.0.2, described in the changelog
appended below
bugfixes cause nco to produce correct answers in four corner- or one common-
usage cases,
or to avoid core dumps.
none are security related.
