I have got the same problem on the german version. Normaly, if you click
on "Answer" a mail, the full content of the original mail is copied to
the end of new mail, with an information when this cited content has
been received.

If the sender has got any umlaut/mutation in his name, only the line
with the received information is copied. But the original mail content
wouldn't be copied. If the name of the original sender hasn't got any
umlaut/mutation in his name, all of the old message is copied to the end
of the new Message.

I hope this little description helps you to find the problem. Perhaps it
is an encoding problem.
