Thanks, Alex. I'd be happy to help, if you can tell me which repository I should enable to get the "new" version of Unity. My 10.10 system is up to date with the current released or "stable" code. I've run apt-get update, apt-get upgrade, and apt-get dist-upgrade since installing from the Netbook Edition .iso. I assume I'll need to enable a "testing" or "dev" repository or the Ubuntu equivalents to get a newer version of Unity. One problem I've noticed with communications regarding bugs on various Linux OS projects is often what developers consider "old" code is actually the current released or "stable" reposititory code. Devs are usually a step or two ahead of the typical user reporting a bug. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/733766 Title: Date does not update in Clock in Panel in Unity -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
