Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

What I expect to happen:
When clicking on the "Files and folders" and "Programs" icons on the unity
sidebar, it opens the respective dash. Upon clicking a second time it should
hide it. This would be consistant with other Ubuntu behaviour (ubuntu button,
program minimizing etc).

What happens:
When clicking on the icons the second time it starts the dash once more.
