This is a nice idea, but I don't think that this is possible, because the quicklist-items are defined in the application's .desktop file. This file is usually readonly. Hence, it does not make sense to have any graphical interface. I like the idea to add only the 4 most common options. Let's see how users react and how they use the quicklist feature at all - it is a new usabilty feature for all of us.
