Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-mono

Now that the user-home icon in the launcher finally no longer contains a
mouse pointer, a new panel icon showing _just_ a pointer has been
introduced for file operations (to reproduce, copy any larger file from
a to b).

What is this pointer supposed to tell me? "Click here"?

IMO it's too confusing, screenshot attached.
