Hi Olivier - yes - the 8 icons and the "search" button are missing text labels. This screen did have text labels before I updated yesterday - I guess some sort of regression.
As to "circle of friends" - interesting name! Maybe this should be labelled so. I'll google search to find how to raise this obs.
