Yes, Kernel (2.6.35-28.49)-maverick , still has the issue. But, apw's kernel dint have the problem, I wonder if the old patch was *dropped* when adding the new patch. Or, was the change even uploaded? I dont see any mention of this bug in the changelog? (or I'm just being blind)
