To Hsin-Yi, Chen (hychen): Test without Chinese (Taiwan) translation is OK. But I don't think you have to test in LANG=C, because this file should only be provided to the users who choose to use Chinese (Traditional) support in Language support. (Or maybe I am wrong?!)
