Sounds a complex bug. For every bug registrant i am going to ask u to remove every extensions u could run and check again if the problem really come from nautilus or if it's external. Another interesting thing would be to know if you are running a full gnome environment (a gnome-session). It's kinda weird the hangs happens on the trash or zeitgeist search (which is now removed) which trigger some dbus actions.
