Public bug reported: The new broadcom driver (brcm80211) sort of worked for me, but then I started visiting a few large/busy networks, and started to experience great instability. Here at the IETF meeting (with up to 960 nodes connected to a WLAN with many hops and many SSIDs), I had many oopses and some freezes, to the point where I had to blacklist brcm80211. My laptop is a HP Mini 5103 with an Atom N550.
