Binary package hint: update-manager

I will try to upgrade again. I may remove some 3rd party packages before
retrying. FYI, I so very much appreciate the work that everyone has done
to bring us this amazing OS. Thank you! This is a minor snag and I know
it will be ironed out. I'm glad to have run into it and report it.
