Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: virt-manager

Virt-manager crashes while changing state of an open virtual machine
(one who's display or configuration is shown).

To reproduce:
1. connect to a running virtual machine.
2. click on "shutdown" or shutdown the machine from a remote shell.
3. watch virt-manager show how the machine shuts down, at the moment, the
display is turned of virt-manager crashes.

1. connect to a halted virtual machine.
2. click on "start" or enter in a remote shell on the host "virsh start
<guest-name>".
3. as soon as the display of the guest is turned on virt-manager crashes.

This is always reproducible.
I obvserved the crash on
- Ubuntu 10.04
- Ubuntu 10.10
- Ubuntu 11.04beta

You may restart virt-manager after the guest is up and running. You may
then connect to the guest without any problems. Remote console will work
as expected. Switching video modes will crash virt-manager again. After
having switched video mode you again may connect.
