Public bug reported:
In Toshiba Satellite U300 bluetooth doesn't work properly in Ubuntu Natty.
If bluetooth is turned on when the computer start, bluetooth cannot be turn on,
but if you power off (pressing button) and restart it, you can use it.
Also, if computer start with bluetooth power off and you turn it on after boot,
it works correctly.
