Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-session

when I click on the shutdown/restart/lock screen/hibernate button to
restart the computer, items are missing. I have: Lock screen, Suspend,
Hibernate, System Settings. There is no restart, or logout, or shutdown.
I have had to ctrl+alt+del or terminal - sudo reboot if I want to
restart or shutdown.

I remember the menu being complete on initial install. I don't remember
when it wasen't. Would have been possibly after an update in the last
week.
