I have this problem too. It wasn't here before. I composed a .tex file with satisfactory performance by the spell check feature of Kile. However, when I returned to the document Kile thinks the capital letter of the first letter at the start of a sentence (for a correctly spelt word) is an error. This is a grammatical rule error and not a spelling rule error.
