Public bug reported: Please sync drush 4.4-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception: Drush 3.3 is crudely outdated (6 months+) and has two outstanding bugs in the queue that are resolved in Debian. It is a leaf package with currently no other dependencies that is well known to be stable.
