After upgrade from Maverick to Natty, completely empty (only background
image) Ubuntu desktop, even for newly created "test" user (so there are
no old Gnome config files laying around)
No error message, nothing. Just an empty desktop.
After having upgraded 5 (!!) machines to Natty, all kinds, I haven't yet
seen the new Ubuntu desktop on any of them. That's what I would call an
#epic_fail .
