by the way, I had at least one program running maxmized... if there are none, the bar is kept open and its MUCH easier to reach the botom icons, but I still have to be out of it until the bottom part... if I hover it in the upper zone, the bottom icons unfold to outside the screen edge in my resolution (1280x800)
