Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Kubuntu Natty Beta 2 i386 LIve image.

I had configured wireless networking in the live session prior to
starting the installer. At the end of the installation process, I got
an error about being unable to configure networking and that it would
need to be configured on the target system and the installer exited.
It's not clear to me if it was a normal exit or a crash as I
inadvertently terminated the live session. The install was successful,
but I did have to reconfigure networking on the target system.

If the network is already configured, Ubiquity shouldn't try to do it.
