Public bug reported: Banshee shows fully untranslated in my Spanish Natty because the compiled-translations .mo file is called "banshee-1.mo" instead of "banshee.mo". To resolve this issue, I simply do:
$ sudo mv /usr/share/locale-langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES/banshee-1.mo /usr/share/locale-langpack/es/LC_MESSAGES/banshee.mo I don't know if this is a Launchpad Translations related bug or a Banshee bug, but it's a rather big translations issue with a fairly easy fix. ** Affects: ubuntu-translations Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: banshee (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Package changed: ubuntu => banshee (Ubuntu) ** Also affects: ubuntu-translations Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/760258 Title: Banshee shows untranslated due to an wrongly-named .mo file -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
