Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

Steps to reproduce:

- Start Firefox, download something (big) eg.
http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/natty-desktop-amd64.iso
The firefoxs download window comes up and displays the progress of the
download
- Close the main Firefox window.
The download window stays open and the download continues.
- Lets say you want to surf on the Internet again: Click on the Firefox icon on
the unity launcher.

What I expect to happen:
- the main firefox window comes up and I can browse the web parallel to the
running download.

What happened instead:
- nothing, no firefox window comes up. The downloads window gets focused and
thats it.

Workaround in this situation:
 - right click on the firefox icon and open a new window
--- This in not intuitive!! (even when you know that you can right-click on an
icon) I don't want a __NEW__ window, I just want to use Firefox.

Thoughts: Unity does not get the "difference" between a "normal" Firefox
window and the downloads window.

Additional informations:
I use ubuntu natty beta1 + updates
unity 3.8.6-0ubuntu1

** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
