On Ubuntu's website a search for UEC (ubuntu enterprise cloud) give you: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UEC/PackageInstall
Since UEC is based on Eucalyptus I think you could learn a lot by downloading and reading the Eucalyptus Beginner’s Guide – UEC edition v2.0 – Maverick<http://cssoss.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/book_eucalyptus_beginners_guide_uec_edition1.pdf> Maverick being Ubuntu 10.10 but... close enough <g> I'd probably start there to understand the basics then there are quite a few other places besides just ubuntu to learn. youtube has video's, there are blogs about "how-to" (some better than others). UEC is not that difficult to understand and implement. But understanding the basics... acronyms, architecture make easier. But... I'd still create a list of notes as you learn things. With virtualization/KVM its easy to fail and you don't really lose anything if you "fail-forward". You can try youtube query like: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=uec+ubuntu&aq=f and get a lot of examples and ideas.
