* debian/php5-fpm.init: backport changes from Debian package to run
configuration check. Removes check for /var/www which broke stand-
alone installation of php5-fpm. (LP: #753924)
* debian/rules: set DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH to enable 'debian/rules' for
building.
