Update Manager retrieved updates but could not install them.  Subsequently,  I 
get the following Error Message when Update Manager runs:   
Could not initialize the package information.
An unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package information.
Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the 
following error message:
'E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by 
held packages.'
