Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

In gnome-panel, it's easy to distinguish user applications (first item
in the main menu ; example: firefox) from system applications (third
item ; example: screen).

In unity, when clicking on "applications", all of these are mixed
together and a user can't browse system application

A solution could be to only show gnome-control-center (as a user application)
and hide all system applications.
A better solution could be to create a catergorie "system" in addition to
"often used", "installed" and "available at download"

** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
