Is anyone able to reproduce this using the absolute latest daily-live CD? (http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current - wait until Thursday as Wednesday's has a bug in the partitioner). If so, can you please run the installer in debug mode (press 'Try Ubuntu', then open a terminal and type `ubiquity -d`). When the installation completes, run `sudo apport-collect 750261` and attach /var/lib/ubiquity/langpacks and /var/lib/ubiquity/no-install-langpacks, if they exist, to this bug.
