Try the appended patch. This just moves the '-lical -luuid' part of the link command near the end of the line. I don't know if the problem comes from gcc or ld and I guess (or hope) that the last release of gnustep-make workaround this problem. Of course the resulting application crashes on startup, probably because it's linked with libobjc.3.so when gnustep-base and gui use libobjc.2.so, but hey, I guess it's not important.
