Yes, the problem of disapearing window titlebar (and window border) just happened today, with the system updated this morning. I closed an application (also the SQL Developer from Oracle, which is a Java application). But this time there was no error dialog as before (I did not deactivate it), the window title bars of all windows just disapeard.
