** Description changed:

Unable to mount internal SD card once system has booted up. if card is fitted
before boot up the SD card mounts, however, when I try to format I get the
error message:
"ERROR CREATING FILE SYSTEM: HELPER EXITED WITH EXIT CODE 1: CANNOT OPEN
/DEV/MMCBLK0P1: READ-ONLY FILE SYSTEM"
- The file is stated as read only there is no protection on the SD card enabled
and I own the file with appropriate read/write privileges, any thoughts?
