Public bug reported: Binary package hint: codeblocks
It is difficult to explain the problem in words, so a video is attached. There was no problem before the update of overlay-scrollbar to 0.1.9 (when this programs didn't use overlay scrollbars). Originally I posted this as a bug of overlay-scrollbar (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/overlay- scrollbar/+bug/768730), but I was told it was a codeblocks specific problem.
