Binary package hint: overlay-scrollbar

Steps:
1. Launch Gwibber
2. Click on a tag for a popular search
3. Start to scroll so you can see the searches

The thumb will appear, but then gwibber GUI will freeze while it is doing the 
search.
4. Alt-tab to another app

Result:
The thumb stays greyed out and visible on top of all other apps. See attached 
screenshot.

Expected:
The thumb stays with the frozen prgram.
