Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

I've remapped the Caps Lock key to be an additional Super key (using the
keyboard settings applet). Pressing Caps Lock then correctly brings up
the Dash and pressing and holding correctly displays the launcher.
However, pressing any of the then displayed keys doesn't have any
effect, with the exception of <Super>+S to bring up the workspaces
overview. The shortcuts work as intended when using a regular Super key.
Compiz shortcuts that use Super work as they should; I assume that's why
the workspaces overview works, as it's a general Compiz shortcut as
opposed to a Unity-specific one.
