There's nothing in your log to find what caused the crash.
If you can retry the installation, could you please select 'try ubuntu' to
start the live session, then open a terminal or press ALT+F2 and start ubiquity
with:
$ ubiquity -d
If it crashes again, then run the command:
$ ubuntu-bug ubiquity
This will attach the required information to a new bug report. I'm
closing this report as invalid.
