Thnk you for caring about this issue. I still can't understand what bug
you're trying to report. From your screenshots, I see in the first one
that no scrollbar is shown since is not needed. In the second, the
scrollbar is indeed shown because the content for the replications frame
is wider than the app window.
Can you please detail what are you expecting instead in the second
screenshot?
