Sorry for being late, but we were mainly waiting for packagers to show up. Don't be fooled by the version number, this is the new and only release of emesene 2, we chose this versioning because we (as emesene team) like it.
As Lorenzo said, this version compared to what is in current natty fixes all the issues present in launchpad. Also, there's a big update for translations, many languages are now fully supported. Many other issues brought in the emesene issue tracker have been fixed (i won't annoy with details). It's strongly reccomended you update the package since what is in natty currently is some prerelease version. This version depends on the already SRU'd papyon (see #768974).
